Several homes later.. we finally found a home that we loved, but also that was a bit above our approved purchase price. JaLynn worked her magic and got us the home, negotiating a deal that worked out in our favor. JaLynn was always looking out for us every step of the way.. ESPECIALLY when it came to the numerous repairs that needed to be done. JaLynn was quick to respond to our needs, and was resourceful with finding solutions. She is also a very pleasant, cheerful person.. there were times when I was seriously doubting that we would ever get into a home that fit our needs; but JaLynn was always there, cheering us on; and re-affirming our faith that it would indeed happen for us. When I sold my house, she had setup my open house day on the same weekend as the Super Bowl and added a nice football touch to the whole experience for those who were interested in my house. I believe that her creativity played a huge role in how quickly my house sold and she made sure to review every interested family with me before I made my choice on who I wanted to sell it to.
